We’re DACA Recipients, but We’re Fighting
for All Undocumented Immigrants
Mariana Villafaña and Gerardo Gómez were just children when their families brought them to the US, instantly becoming two of around 11 million undocumented immigrants in this country. But they were able to receive Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, allowing them a reprieve from immediate risk of deportation. But that is now threatened by President Trump’s decision to end DACA. In this video see how Mariana and Gerardo - now both immigrant rights advocates in LA and San Francisco - are fighting for their rights in Trump’s America.
